GENRES AND CATEGORIES

I enjoy working on all manners of film — be it documentary, music video, short film, concert, feature-length, advertisement, or promotion. Each has its own completely different style and manner of design/production. It is one of the great joys of film to be able to work on each of these, as they are truly different jobs with different skills, and I relish each. Please feel free to talk in-depth about your vision and how you see your project coming to fruition, ansd I'll tell you if we'd be a good match!

MY EQUIPMENT

I have created, bought, and tuned my equipment around the goal of creating cinematic images with few to no compromises. My main camera is the Blackmagic Ursa 4K cinema rig, outfitted with PL mount lenses. Secondary/gimbal (and tight quarters) camera is a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, with native MFT and adapted PL lenses. Tertiary (and crazy situations) camera is a GoPro HERO3 shooting in CineStyle H.264. Aerial camera is the 3DRobotics Solo, with a DJI Inspire 2 drone + ZenMuse X5S camera in the works. I record audio using the internal audio of the Ursa 4K, as well as a Zoom H4N and a Zoom H1 for interviews. Microphones include an Audio Technica AT897 shotgun mic, Sony ECMSM3 lavalier, and more.

EXPERIENCE AND AWARDS

I have won at least one award in every film fest that I've shown in, and have been at this for a long time — shooting my first piece at 13, and having directed and produced a full television pilot by 18. I have experience with cinema cameras from RED, ARRI, Sony, Canon, Panasonic, Blackmagic, GoPro, Z-CAM, and more; and edited pieces in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, and Davinci Resolve. Whatever it is you need done, I've probably done it.
